Serif Photo Plus SE is a freeware photo editor for Windows. It has been designed to help us edit our pictures. It provides many features, which allow us to correct, enhance, and even create a piece of art from any image. We can select an image anywhere within our computer, or acquire it directly from a TWAIN compatible device, such a scanner, digital camera, and so on. It lets us edit the picture, zoom in/out, crop, adjust, resize, make a selection, change color, add filters, layers, text, save, print, export, etc. From the user's interface, we can have direct access to two especial features: Quick Fix Studio, and Filter Gallery, the former for image correction and the later for image effects (such as distort, blur, sharpen, edge, and other). We can download this freeware program directly from the developer’s website. It is free to download and use, although we must register and confirm our e-mail address in order to receive the activation key. It runs under Microsoft Windows Vista and XP operating systems. |
